November 2019 BOM

LoreleiNovember2 This is my sample block not sewn together yet!

We’ll be making a Maple Leaf block- use BATIKS in fall colors- mottled mixture of colors is fine as long as they are autumn colors: golds, browns, reds, oranges, yellows, even a bit of green mixed with other colors as leaves would normally turn: Nature isn’t uniform!

The fabric requirement for 9″ block is :

Fabric A (the fall colors- you can even mix them up to make is fall scrappy):

***2 squares 4 3/4″ x 4 3/4″
*** 3 squares 3 1/2″ x 3/12″

Fabric B (the background- use whites or off-white)

*** 2 squares 4 3/4″ x 4 3/4″
*** 1 square 3 1/2″ x 3 1/2″
*** 1 square 4″ x 4″

Fabric C – (the stem): 1 piece 1″ x 6″

Block will be 9 1/2″ when completed; it will finish at 9″ in a quilt.
