Scrappy Half Square Triangles

Sew together scrappy strips until you have a square a bit larger than 10 1/2″ .

Iron well and square up to 10 1/2″

Take a 10 1/2″ white square and draw a line diagonal, corner to corner on the wrong side.

Place the squared-up square on top of a white 10 1/2″ square, right sides together.

Sew on either side of the line. Cut ON the line to yield TWO half square triangles.

Do NOT do anything else! The winner will be able to square to whatever size they want!
